If your order does not convince you, do not worry, we accept your return willingly.

Returning your order is free and simple. You have a period of 15 calendar days from when you receive it to do so.

The refund will be made in the same form of payment in which the order was placed (credit / debit card or PayPal account). The refund will be immediate upon confirmation of the refund, but it may take up to 30 days to see it in your bank account. This period depends on each bank and we have no control over it. If you used store credit for the payment of your order, the refund will be made in store credit.

You have two options to send us the package:

Return it easily and free of charge through our collection service.

Send it directly to our warehouse, using the transport service of your choice. Transportation costs are borne by your account and Sistter is not responsible for what may happen with the shipment. Please note that we will not be able to accept a package that has been shipped out of the return period.

OUTLET FLASH / SALES / PROMOTIONS:

There are temporary moments in which we offer garments from our collections at unique prices, these can be traditional sales, our flash sales or any other promotion that will be communicated.

The return costs will be borne by the user and vary depending on the country and the way of return. (Ex: Spain € 6)

The process of processing the return and reimbursement in sales seasons with special prices can take between 8 and 10 days.

To request the return, follow the following instructions:

If you have made your purchase without registering, enter SEE MY ORDER and enter your email address and order number. Then choose VIEW ORDER and click on REQUEST RETURN.

If you are registered, enter SEE MY ORDER and enter your email address and password. Then choose VIEW ORDER and click on REQUEST RETURN.

Choose the way you want to send us your package:

              o We recommend that you choose our SEUR pick-up service. It's free and a SEUR courier will pick up your package in 24-48 hours.

              o If for some reason you prefer to send it on your own, please do so at the address indicated:

                    In this case, you will have to pay the expenses of the return, since we will not accept any package freight collect.

Choose the item (s) you want to return, among the options choose REQUEST RETURN, select a reason and click CONTINUE.

Next, write the return number provided by the system on the delivery note that came with the order or on a blank paper and enter the return number and the item (s) to be returned in the original box you received. If you have chosen our SEUR pick-up service, a courier will pick up the package by the address you have given us within 24-48 hours from the date you made your return request. Keep in mind that online purchases can´t be returned in store.

Sistter.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated and / or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

If you want to change an item for another size or colour, you must request the return and make a new order.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

If you use our SEUR pick-up service, your package will take 2-3 days to reach our warehouses. If, on the other hand, you use a different shipping service, it will depend on the carrier and / or the chosen service.

In Sistter we try to give you the best possible service and we confirm the returns that arrive to our warehouses within 1-2 working days.

Once your return is confirmed, if everything is correct, you will receive an email in which we will inform you that your refund has been made.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive this confirmation within 10 days, contact our customer service department and we will gladly help you.

WHEN AND HOW DO I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?
